By accessing or using any part of the ABDI Marketeers infrastructure ("The Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("The Protocol"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the service. Your continued use of the service following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new protocols.

ABDI Marketeers provides marketing, branding, and strategic consultation services. Our service output includes, but is not limited to:

- Digital Advertising Campaign Execution
- Market Research & Data Analysis
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
03. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ABDI Marketeers and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Uganda and foreign jurisdictions.
Our "Trademarks" (logos, designs, and visual assets) are protected under the Digital Assets Act of 2024. Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited and will be met with legal enforcement.
04. USER OBLIGATIONS
To maintain the integrity of our systems, The User agrees to the following constraints:
Data Integrity
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the onboarding process.
Secure Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Prohibited Use
You shall not use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local laws.
Payment Protocol
All fees must be paid in full before campaign launch unless credit terms are agreed upon.
05. TERMINATION
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or send a termination request to our primary frequency.
06. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall ABDI Marketeers, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
